If you’re seeking an alternative to the brisk waves of the North Sea, pay a visit to one of Jammerbugten’s indoor or outdoor water parks. Here, both children and their parents can enjoy themselves on the water slides or go for a swim in one of the pools.

Klim Strand Camping
In the western part of Jammerbugten, you’ll find the 5-star campsite Klim Strand Camping and a completely new water park inspired by the surrounding nature. Rush down the water slides, go for a swim in the swimming pool, or pamper yourself in the wellness department. Open all year round.

Danland Feriecenter Nordsøen
In the heart of Blokhus, just behind the sand dunes and next to one of Denmark’s best beaches, you’ll find this wonderful, subtropical water park – Feriecenter Nordsøen. Here, you can play in the waves no matter what the weather is like. Feel the rush when sliding down the big water slide, swim a couple of lanes in the exercising pool, relax in the spa pool, or pamper yourself to a wellness treatment. Open all year round. |

Fårup Sommerland Close to Blokhus - in the theme park Fårup Sommerland – you’ll find the huge outdoor Aquapark. Rush down Surf Hill, race in Wild River, and get dizzy in the Water Cyclone. Also, try your strength against giant waves in the 1200 m2 heated wave pool. In the Aquapark, the little ones can play safely in shallow water in the separate, heated children’s complex consisting of rubber beach toys, water cannons, children’s water slides, and funny ”toadstool waterfalls”. The Aquapark is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.
Jambo FerieparkIn the northern part of Jammerbugten – only a few kilometres from Saltum and Blokhus – you’ll find Jambo Feriepark, one of Europe’s best campsites. With its water slides, warm whirlpools, and a children’s section, the outdoor water park is suitable for the wildest water enthusiasts, the smallest dolphins, and for those who prefer to go for a regular swim. Open from the beginning of March to the end of October.

Jetsmark Idrætscenter
In the city of Pandrup, there is yet another opportunity for you to enjoy yourself at a water park. Idrætscenteret consists of 3 pools. Go for a swim in a regular pool or relax yourself in a 34 degree Celsius heated pool, including a whirlpool. There is a separate pool, including a water slide, for children – always heated at 34 degrees Celsius. The entire swimming pool area is very handicap friendly. Open all year round.
